The 8-week mindfulness and compassion program is a comprehensive program that includes many topics such as getting closer to yourself, discovering and cultivating mindfulness and compassion, supporting yourself with regulation practices, acquiring tools you can use when faced with difficulties, improving your capacity to experience emotions, and exploring enjoyment through savoring and joy practices. 

Online mindfulness and compassion program

The program consists of a total of 9 sessions, comprising 8 sessions and 1 retreat sessions, incorporating theoretical discussions rooted in science, formal and informal meditation practices, mindfulness exercises, and sharing experiences in a non-judgemental  environment

The meetings take place once a week in sessions lasting 2 - 2.5 hours each, and the sessions are not recorded for the purpose of protecting privacy of participants.

 

Upon completion of the program, with less than 2 absences all participants receive a certificate. 

This program is accredited by IMTA - International Mindfulness Teachers Association and is a prerequisite for participation in the Mindfulness and Compassion Trainer Program offered by Breathing Mind.

Recordings of the meditations practiced during the sessions are additionally provided to support participants' home practice.

A participant handbook available during and after the program, session presentations, and a free pre-program consultation with instructors are all included.

  4. Session: October 17th, Tuesday, 20:00 - 22:30 Embodied Movement

  5. Session: November 24th, Tuesday, 20:00 - 22:30 Compassion

  6. Session: October 31st, Tuesday, 20:00 - 22:30 Self-Compassion

Retreat (Day of Silence): November 7th, Tuesday, 20:00 - 22:30 Retreat

  1. Session: November 14th, Tuesday, 20:00 - 22:30 Working with Difficulties

  2. Session: November 21st, Tuesday, 20:00 - 22:30 Celebrating Life
