Self-care Sundays in November

This November, take time to turn inward with this intensive self-care program. Connect with yourself and learn the fundamentals of yoga, meditation, and inner exploration, discovering how to support yourself in your inner journey independently of "teachings."

What's on self-care Sundays?

This program spans four weeks and offers 4 different styles of yoga classes, 4 distinct mindfulness meditations, and sessions themed around various topics, comprising movement, discussions, meditation practices, and a space for shared experiences.

This program is ideal for you, if you're;

Looking for ways to connect with yourself and aiming to establish a personal self-care practice

Into mindfulness, mindful movement, meditation, and compassion (including beginners or those unsure where to start)

Curious about personal development and inner exploration

Wanting to learn how to take safe steps independently of teachings 

Participants can opt for the entire program or attend each session separately.

The program will take place face-to-face in Tekirdağ - Şarköy, and the exact location will be communicated to the participants after registration.
