After years of self-work, therapy, exploring various teachings, practice of yoga, mindfulness and compassion as both student & instructor, I’ve learned that there’s no “1 size fits all” or “miracle cure” shortcuts.
But, there are ways we can support ourselves and each other in this journey.
In my new workshop, Mindfulness & Compassion for Loud Minds we're exploring how mindfulness, compassion and a playful attitude can open more space to allow us more ease, joy and freedom in daily life.
